Regarding the targeting of the Kurdistan Region President's house in Duhok and the Prime Minister's office, Asadi said: "It was one hundred percent not by Iran. I was the first person, as Consul General, to make contact at the time of the incident and condemn it. Subsequently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Revolutionary Guards, and other agencies also denied it; the Region's security system also knew where inside Iraq the drone was launched from."

Regarding the withdrawal of US forces:

Asadi congratulated the people of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region on the withdrawal of US forces, emphasizing that if Iran is not targeted from within Iraq, Tehran has no reason to target its neighbor, as their main target was only the US forces.

Message to the parties of Eastern Kurdistan:

The Iranian Consul General described the presence of Eastern Kurdistan parties as the main challenge between Erbil and Tehran due to the violation of the security agreement. He called for legal measures to be taken against them, while rejecting the possibility of negotiations with them, stating that Iran's door is only open to those who wish to return as ordinary citizens.
