Salahaddin University - Erbil has published the conditions and mechanisms of registration for students admitted to the university's colleges for the new academic year (2026-2027). At the same time, it informs students that the process of visiting the college registration offices to complete their transactions will begin on Wednesday.

For this purpose, students must follow these steps and guidelines below:

First: Electronic Registration Phase Admitted students must first fill out the electronic information form through the university's official link using their email and Zankoline code. For further facilitation, guidelines and an instructional video on the registration steps have been made available via a special QR Code.

Second: Required Documents When filling out the form, the student must upload clear photos or scans of the following documents in (JPG or JPEG) format, provided that the size of each file does not exceed 10 MB: 1. National Card (front and back). 2. Information Card (front and back). 3. Screenshot of the acceptance page (ZankoLine Acceptance) from the Zankoline system. 4. A recent personal photo with a white background, without using filters or Artificial Intelligence (AI) modifications. 5. Photo of the passport information page (if available).

Third: Administrative Guidelines and Important Points

  • Filling Limitation: Each student has the right to fill out this form only "once". Information such as email, Zankoline code, and National Card number are used for only one application and cannot be changed later.
  • Accuracy of Names: The student's triple name in Kurdish must be exactly identical to the National Card. It must also be written in English in CAPITAL letters, for the purpose of correct usage on the university ID card.
  • Document Upload Condition: If a student registers but does not upload the documents and the application remains unchanged for more than 60 days, the form will be closed, and they will lose the right to re-register with the same information.

Fourth: Visiting the College Registration Office After submitting the form online, the student must download and print the form. Then, they must bring it with them to the registration office of the college they were admitted to, in order to open their official student file.
